Some of the ingredients in our products may have adverse effects if the user is on certain medications. Known medications that may cause adverse effects include (but may not be limited to) are: Roaccutane, Retin-A, Adapalene, and Renova.
Additionally, certain products are not recommended if the user has an allergy to Aspirin, or if the user is pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are unsure or would like clarification, please contact us here.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If this happens, we would appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice. As a small, personal business, if clients forget to come or cancel an appointment without notice, it has a huge impact.

Late arrivals will be charged the full amount of the treatment. Your therapist will perform what she can with the remaining time.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we sometimes run late. If this occurs, please be assured that your treatment will be provided in full or rescheduled if this is your preference. Wherever possible, we will notify you of delays and appreciate your understanding.
